Licensing and eligibility

One account per person, household, IP address, and payment instrument is permitted. Duplicate registrations may be closed without notice, with any balance attributable to them withheld pending review.

Information supplied at registration must be accurate and kept current. Withdrawals are released only once identity, address, and payment ownership have been verified to our satisfaction, and a mismatch between account details and verification documents will delay or prevent payment.

Deposits, wagering, and withdrawals

Funds may be added using the methods displayed in the cashier, and deposits must come from an instrument held in your own name. Third-party payments are rejected and returned to source.

Balances are intended for play. Depositing and then requesting a withdrawal with little or no wagering may be treated as an attempt to use the platform as a transfer service, and ZetCasino reserves the right to apply a handling charge or to require reasonable turnover before releasing such funds.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe published in the cashier and are returned, wherever technically possible, through the method used to deposit. Processing times at the receiving bank or wallet are outside our control.

Where a malfunction affects a game — whether in the software, the connection, or the payout logic — all affected rounds and any resulting wins are void. The provider's server records constitute the authoritative account of what occurred in the event of a discrepancy with what was displayed on your screen.

Bonuses and promotional offers

Each promotion carries its own conditions covering qualifying deposits, wagering multipliers, maximum stake while a bonus is active, contribution rates by game category, expiry windows, and caps on convertible winnings. Those specific conditions sit alongside these general terms and prevail where the two differ.

Slot titles usually contribute in full toward wagering while table games, video poker, and live dealer products contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for any offer is published on the promotion page before you opt in.

Coordinated play between accounts, stake patterns engineered to neutralise variance, low-risk betting on both sides of an outcome, and the use of a bonus solely to extract value without genuine play are all treated as abuse. Where such conduct is established, bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited while the original deposit remains available.

A bonus can be cancelled from your account before wagering is complete, in which case the bonus amount and anything won from it are removed and the underlying cash balance is restored.

Account conduct, suspension, and closure

Login credentials are yours to protect. Activity conducted through your account is attributed to you unless you have reported a compromise to support, and allowing another person to play on your behalf is not permitted.

ZetCasino may suspend or close an account where fraud is suspected, where verification remains outstanding, where collusion or the use of prohibited software is detected, or where continued service would conflict with legal or licensing obligations. Confirmed balances are returned unless they derive from the conduct in question.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closure on responsible gaming grounds is treated as a self-exclusion and cannot be reversed before the stated period has run, even at your own request.

Dormant accounts with no login for an extended period may attract an administrative fee in line with the schedule published in the help centre, applied only against a positive balance and never so as to create a debt.

Complaints, liability, and governing law

Raise any dispute first with our support team, which aims to resolve matters within a few working days. If the response does not satisfy you, escalate in writing for management review, and thereafter to the Anjouan Gaming Board as the licensing authority.

Our liability is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the matter arose. We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device, or for the temporary unavailability of third-party game content.

These terms may be amended to reflect regulatory change, product development, or operational necessity. Material changes are announced in the account area and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Should any clause be found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. The agreement is governed by the law applicable to our licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protections that cannot be set aside under the law of your country of residence.
